All mill castings are under professional casting process and heat treatment, to minimize casting defects and ensure mechanical properties. Main structure components will be fabricated and inspected according to advanced method, for example, the shells weld process is automatic gas shielded arc welding with ultrasonic inspection. Main bearings adopt spherical bearing and rolling bearing. Bearing pad usually uses Babbitt Alloy as material. During the whole process of mill operation, start, normal run, stop, the shell assembly will be risen and float on the bearing by means of High-Low Pressure Lubrication Oil Station, which has effectively avoided pad burning and prolonged the bearing working lifespan.
